Checkers in a minute
Checkers is a two-player capture game on a 64-square board. Move diagonally, jump over your opponent's pieces to capture them, and try to leave them with no legal move.
- Players take turns moving one piece diagonally.
- Capture by jumping over an adjacent enemy piece into the empty square beyond it.
- Reach the far row to crown a piece as a king.
- Win by capturing every opposing piece or blocking every legal move.
Our game plays American Checkers: captures are forced, a piece must finish a multi-jump, and kings can move backwards. The full rules cover every case.
